KPA (KEY PERFORMANCE AREA | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
A) Management of Sales | · Identify potential growth areas for the branch and analyse trends and the competitive environment. · Assists the Branch Manager in building and reinforcing a sales culture in the branch. · Ensures effective and efficient management and administration of sales activities in the branch. |
B) Financial Management
| · Assists the Branch Manager with effectively planning and executing the branch sales budget and targets, e.g., driving sales targets, managing dormant accounts, etc. |
C) Client Relationship Management | · Responsible for effectively implementing and reporting the Customer Relationship Model (CRM) in the branch. · Assists the Branch Manager with building and enhancing long-term working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients. · Ensures efficient, professional and accurate client service is provided to clients at all time. |
D) People Management | · Provides management and leadership in the branch. · Ensures effective workforce planning and people capacity requirements for the department. · Overall responsible for performance and talent management in the department. |
Minimum requirements
CRITERIA | DESCRIPTION |
Qualification | · Diploma in a commercial field |
Experience | · 7 years of general banking/sales experience, of which 3 years should be at management level. |
Additional Information | · Experience in credit and collateral will be an added advantage · Adequate knowledge of banks products and services, credit principles, sales, and administration · Intermediate Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) · Excellent leadership skills · Excellent interpersonal relationship skills · Analytical skills · Effective in evaluating financial information · Report writing skills · Presentation skills |
