Minimum requirements
xperience/Knowledge & Skills
- 5 - 6 years' Business Analysis and Design
- 5 - 6 years' IT Business Support experience
- 4 years' Banking experience
- Experience with software development requirements gathering, documentation, and management
- Knowledge of the SAFe methodology
- Understanding of the impact of features across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Have the relevant technical and business skills to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Good understanding and experience of IT terminology and processes
- Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into technical requirements
- Understanding business needs and be able to analyze requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma Certification will be an advantage
- SAFe certification will be an advantage
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team will be an added advantage (Postilion, etc.)
