Introduction
The Manager – Business Growth & Optimisation is a senior leadership role within the E-Money Division, responsible for accelerating the transformation of EasyWallet from a one-dimensional product into a multi-dimensional digital ecosystem, characterised by scale, stickiness, and sustainable profitability. Therefore, the role drives scale, revenue growth, customer acquisition and strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with the division’s strategic objectives: growth & optimisation, operational efficiency, and data capabilities, as well as the bank’s vision and strategy. This role requires a commercially astute, ecosystem-minded individual who can blend strategy with execution, leveraging partnerships with merchants, fintechs, telcos and agents to unlock new use cases and position EasyWallet competitively in the market. This requires a leader who is both strategically visionary and operationally agile, capable of designing frameworks, building partnerships and driving performance. This role requires a unique blend of learned capabilities and innate strengths – passion, curiosity, drive, agility and commercial intuition, that enable the individual to anticipate trends, connect the dots and drive growth in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem. The incumbent must possess the energy, intelligence, and commercial acuity to connect global trends with local realities, championing a bold growth agenda that positions EasyWallet as Namibia’s (and beyond) most trusted and innovative digital payments solution.
