KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS)
 
1.   Routine Administration
Ensure effective and efficient execution and control of all frontline administrative activities related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

2.   Service Delivery
·        Provide excellent and timeous service in order to optimize client experience and satisfaction.
·        Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer such opportunities and leads to the correct person or department involved

3.   Operational Risk
Ensure effective and efficient execution of internal processes and procedures related to Teller in compliance with the Bank’s operational manuals and circulars in order to minimize operational risk.

Minimum requirements

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills
·        Adequate knowledge of Banks products and services, sales and administration.
·        Knowledge of the system, processing activities, client service, products, practices and principles.
·        Accuracy
·        Self-confidence and interpersonal skills
·        Procedure manuals of bank
·        Passion to work with numbers
·        Strong computer skills

Qualifications
·        Grade 12, preferably in Accounting and Mathematics with 1 years banking experience.
·        Certificate in Banking will be an added advantage.
