KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
SALES FOCUS
- Access to market research information on the competitor’s products and services and customer composition.
EXECUTION OF MARKETING PLAN
- Execution of marketing plan through contracting and visiting new/potential clients to obtain and grow business
- Initiating on reactive marketing actions like contacting existing customers for cross selling
- Achieve the Branch allocated objectives
- Achieve objectives allocated to the division
- Achieve market share objectives in identified market segments
CUSTOMER FOCUS
- Provide professional customer service and give correct information to clients
- Provide aftercare customer service by visiting new clients at least once after sale concluded
ADMINISTRATION
- Manage marketing reports and results as well as finalization of diary items in accordance with prescript procedures and requirements of the Bank
- Accurate compilation and preparation of all client related administration documents
- Accurate completion of applicable power of attorneys/mandates and signing arrangements
- Ensure all documents are received and system entries correctly completed when opening accounts
CREDIT
- Analyze financial information, financial analysis, financial structuring, credit evaluation and assessment and collateral
- Prepare applicable documentation for credit facilities to initiate the process

Minimum requirements
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Sales experience (sales process)
· At least 3 years relevant experience
· Knowledge of products and services
· Knowledge of business and administration procedures
· Computer literacy essential (MS Office)
· Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
· Skill in analyzing and evaluating financial information
· Passion to work with people
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Grade 12
· Sales Diploma/Academy
· Valid Driver’s License
