Primary Purpose of this Person:
To ensure and oversee that Security documents are complete and legally binding so that the Bank can apply the collateral if the need arises. Responsible to draw-up documentation for business clients within his/ her portfolio. Take responsibility of all CCD reporting with-in her / his portfolio.

1. Sales Focus
1.1 Responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities and to refer such opportunities and leads to the sales area.
2. Collateral Administration
2.1 Oversee and ensure the acceptance, transfer and handling over of security documents.
Responsible for finalizing in accordance with the prescribed procedures the required documents regarding cessions, pledges, etc. in respect of

2.1.2 Follow up of incomplete / incorrect securities / follow up of audit exceptions / Collateral Compliance Department (CCD) deviations and instructions.

2.1.4 Handing over of Securities.
2.1.5 Responsible for ensuring that all documents are submitted in full when securities are accepted.

2.3.5 Responsible for reporting to Support Services (Credit and CCD) and clients on status of securities.
