Job description
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1. Transaction/Behaviour Monitoring and Reporting
- Responsible for the monitoring of electronic channel transactions to identify suspect activity/trends.
- Investigate and action suspicious events/activity.
- Engage with clients to determine whether transactions were valid or fraudulent.
- Provide data on suspect/fraudulent activity through reporting lines.
2. Administration
· Card user assistance to prevent card fraud on ATM, POS & other Digital Channel transactions.
· Provide statistics on transactions and user behaviour to prevent fraud.
· VISA/MasterCard Fraud reporting and processing of VISA Compromised Account Alerts.
3. Innovation and Development
· Provide feedback to reporting line concerning findings or potential risks/improvements.
4. E-Channels Fraud Awareness
· Provide feedback to reporting line concerning trends and potential threats on E-Channels fraud.
· Educate card user on E-Channels fraud and safe/secure methods of E-Channels usage.
5. Customer Focus
- Provide professional customer service to branches, departments, external service providers & clients.
6. General
· The person should be prepared/willing to do any other reasonable and lawful instruction/task and ensure that it is normally carried out on time.

Minimum requirements
EXPERIENCE/CORE SKILLS
· Excellent knowledge of products and services provided
· At least 2 years working experience in electronic channels environment
· Knowledge of systems and procedures
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent Computer skills (excel & Word)
· Good communication skills
· Experience of Card Association rules and regulations will be an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS
A relevant diploma will be an advantage
