Job description

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Sales and Bancassurance Strategy Development and Implementation:

• Drive the Sales and Acquisition Strategy Bank-wide.
• Participate in the Bank’s development of the overall strategy and contribute specialised advice in
Sales and Bancassurance.
• Design and implement plans to increase the Divisional Value Propositions, through the identifi cation
of new product opportunities, including potential alliances.
• Drive product and client profi tability reviews and take proactive actions to ensure volume and profi t
performance of the Division.
 
Business Management:

• Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement appropriate Client Value Propositions.
• Ensure adequacy, accuracy, and effectiveness of information and reporting systems pertaining to
risk management and control.
• Plan the resource requirements for Sales and Bancassurance Business  (including people, capex,
opex, systems, and strategic investment.
 
People and Divisional Management:

• Develop and manage the Sales and Bancassurance budget, adhering to fi nancial guidelines and
  expenditure control.
• Coach and develop the team to ensure delivery of quality output and management of team resources.

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements: 
 
10 years’ experience in the financial services and banking industry and industry-related experience in sales leadership and bancassurance.
Education:
 
Bachelor’s Degree (B. Com).
