Key Performance Areas (KPAs
Processing
• Responsible for capturing/processing of all deposit, withdrawal, switch, transfer, and diarized transactions
• Responsible for the accuracy on all transactions processed, understanding impact on clients’ holdings
• Responsible for daily & monthly processing and diarized payments
• Responsible for the accurate distribution/agent commission payments
• Responsible for all client processing’s well in advance before cut-off times
• Adhere to latest business processes relevant to processing
• Responsible for all data quality of transaction capturing / processing
• Escalate unresolved queries/problems to the Supervisor: Administration
• Respond to all processing and service delivery issues
• Ensure proper client communication skills are always maintained
Platform Administration
• Ensure proper knowledge of systems processing and procedures
• Effective use of the platform system, optimizing output and without any loss to CAM/CUTM
• Familiarize with procedures of technology systems
• Remains familiar with back-up procedures in case when technology systems and/or system problems arise
• Understand output from systems relevant to clients’ holdings/statements
General
• Ensure adherence to FIA compliance on existing and new clients (KYC & AML)
• Handling of client queries relevant to processing and providing feedback to channels and clients
• Adhere to the company’s policies in document storage for auditing processes and record-keeping of all historic data
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and forward to the responsible department/lead
Conduct
• Always behave in a professional, disciplined, and appropriate manner, which reflects, and showcase CAM values and general code of conduct

Minimum requirements
Educational Requirements
• Grade 12 with commercial subjects and at least 3 years relevant experience in general administration
