Introduction
To ensure the safe, timely and accurate delivery of goods and documentation between BWF and business partners. To maintain the vehicles used for delivery including monitoring their condition, booking services, identifying and reporting any defects or faults on the vehicles and keeping accurate records in the vehicle logbooks.
Job description
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAS)
1. MESSENGER SERVICE
• Delivery Efficiency - Percentage of deliveries completed on time and in full.
• Collection and delivery of post.
• Colleting and delivery of documentation between BW Finance and Nam-mic FS.
• Collecting and delivering of contracts within Windhoek as per approved turnaround times.
• Ensure accurate and completeness of vehicle logbook records.
• Ensure personal driving license if valid at all times
• Identifying and report vehicle defaults and damgaes
• Liaise with management and Finance department to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of vehicles.
• Monthly purchase of staff refreshments with logistic support.
2. GENERAL
• Must be prepared/willing to do any other reasonable and lawful instruction/task.
• Responsible for essential logistical services in the Branch in order to enhance service delivery to external clients.

Minimum requirements
MINIMUM
• Grade 10 certificate
• Grade 12 Certificate will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
