Job description
The Emerging Bankers Programme is a transformative initiative designed to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to thrive in the financial services industry. Rooted in a commitment to youth empowerment and economic inclusion, this programme serves as a launchpad for future banking professionals. The programme runs for 18 months across various areas within Bank Windhoek branches, providing candidates with the necessary skills and experiences to build a successful career.
Matric graduates (AS Level 2023/2024) are invited to apply.
Minimum requirements
Qualifying Criteria:
AS Level: a pass in five (5) different subjects:
∙ 2 subjects on NSSCAS level with a minimum E or higher
∙ 3 subjects on NSSCO level with a D or higher
AS Level: a pass in five (5) different subjects:
∙ 2 subjects on NSSCAS level with a minimum E or higher
∙ 3 subjects on NSSCO level with a D or higher
